West End Forge Coke is coal or petroleum products that have had the volatiles driven off with a distillation process, leaving nearly pure carbon. It is analogous to charcoal in that charcoal is wood that has been distilled to carbon. You make coke when properly using coal, or you can buy it already processed. Blacksmith coke has *2,**0 BTUs per pound. 

West End Forge Coke is especially processed and sized to be used in blacksmith and farrier forges.



Sized at 1/4 x 1 inch, max 5% plus 1 inch, *2% minus 1/8 inch.

Carbon *1%, Vol. 1%, Ash 8%, Sulfur 0.7%, Moisture *2% max.
